Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Orders are shipped between 2-3 buisness days.
After we ship a package out it is no longer in our hands - it is the responsibility of the carrier. In the event that you are unable to locate the package shown as "Delivered" we would suggest reaching out to your local post office.
